Before production begins, electronic mockups and sample work can be provided, depending on your request, to help with the approval process. Production and delivery times are planned according to the product group and the finish details involved.

Average Timeframe: Production and delivery of accessories generally takes between 20 and 30 days from the date of payment.

Non-Standard Colors and Finishes

The prices listed for our products apply to the standard color options offered. Colors outside the standard range, enamel work, stone details or similar custom work are charged in addition to the product price.

Any price difference is determined by the material and workmanship required for the chosen finish.

Sales Unit

All prices shown apply based on the sales unit specified on the product page. This unit may vary by product — pack, gross, meter or piece.

Retail Orders

For retail orders, packaged products are shipped in the color indicated on the pack. For products where a minimum order quantity is specified on the product page, the color you selected is only shipped when the order meets that minimum quantity. For color requests below the stated minimum, we ship from whichever colors are currently in stock.
