Assembling Baby Snap Fasteners


There are two ways to use nail snaps: Hand Press Machine or Automatic Machines.

Manually:

Place the cover on top of the fabric. The nails should be facing the fabric.
Center it so that the spring - female part is on the inside of the product. The cover and spring are assembled together. Prong rings are used in baby snaps with holes.
It is mounted to the other fabric where the closure will occur, with the male breast part on the inside and the tab ring underneath.
By machine:
