Pearl Application Tools

Pearl setting dies are used to install 4 mm / 0.16 in, 6 mm / 0.24 in and 8 mm / 0.31 in prong pearls on eveningwear, bridalwear, knitwear, childrenswear, bags and decorative textile products. Each upper-and-lower die set helps align the compatible pearl and pin for a cleaner, more consistent application.

Match the die precisely to the pearl diameter to reduce crushing, surface marks and off-centre installation. Select suitable equipment according to the die connection, material thickness and production volume from our setting tools and machines.
