Manual eyelet setting press is a heavy-duty press used for tarpaulin, awning, heavy fabric, oval eyelet setting, fabric covering, punching, cutting and high-force fastening applications.
It can be used with regular eyelets from No. 2 / 4.5 mm / 0.18 in up to No. 66 / 40 mm / 1.57 in when the correct die set is selected.
With its 40 kg / 88.18 lb body weight, 78 cm / 30.71 in part height and heavy-duty structure, it is suitable for workshop applications that require more pressing force than small hand presses.
A manual eyelet setting press is used for eyelet setting, oval eyelet setting, fabric covering, punching, cutting and heavy-duty fastening work on tarpaulin, awning, heavy fabric and technical textile products.
This press is especially useful in applications that require higher pressing force. It can be used for eyelet setting, oval eyelet applications, fabric covered buttons, tarpaulin punching, awning punching and fabric cutting when paired with the correct dies and tools.
This press should be selected when small hand presses may not provide enough force for thick and resistant materials. Tarpaulin, awning, heavy textile, technical fabric, coated fabric, multi-layer fabric and large eyelet applications may require stronger pressing power.
Its compatibility with regular eyelets from No. 2 / 4.5 mm / 0.18 in to No. 66 / 40 mm / 1.57 in makes it practical for workshops working with different eyelet sizes.
In eyelet setting, the press applies controlled force through the correct eyelet setting die. This helps fasten the eyelet onto fabric, tarpaulin, awning fabric or technical textile surfaces.
It can be used with regular eyelets from No. 2 / 4.5 mm / 0.18 in up to No. 66 / 40 mm / 1.57 in. The correct setting die and, when needed, the correct punching die should be selected according to the eyelet size.
Eyelet setting on tarpaulin and awning products often requires higher pressing force. Thick material, folded edges, multi-layer sewing and large eyelet sizes increase the need for a stronger press.
This manual press can be used for eyelet setting on tarpaulins, awnings, banners, shade systems, tents, technical outdoor textiles, covers and protective sheets.
Oval eyelet setting may require a different die set and more controlled pressing than round eyelets. This press can be used for oval eyelet applications when paired with the correct oval eyelet die set.
It can be used in bags, tarpaulins, awnings, leather-look textiles, technical fabrics and accessory production where oval eyelets are required.
This press is also suitable for fabric covering applications. It can be used for fabric covered buttons, covered parts, textile accessories and similar applications with the correct fabric covering die.
A strong and controlled pressing action helps the covered piece close more evenly and supports a cleaner finished result.
Before eyelet setting, a correct hole may need to be opened in the fabric, tarpaulin or awning surface. This press can be used for punching and cutting applications with compatible punching or cutting dies.
The punching diameter, eyelet inner diameter and setting die must be selected together. An incorrect hole size may cause loose eyelet fitting or deformation during setting.
The manual working structure allows pressing without an electrical connection. It can be used in workshops, production rooms, tailoring shops, bag-making workshops, tarpaulin and awning production, hobby production and technical textile applications.
Its 40 kg / 88.18 lb weight gives it a more stable and powerful working character than lighter tabletop presses. The workbench or mounting surface should be suitable for safely supporting the press weight.
The press can be used with regular eyelets from No. 2 / 4.5 mm / 0.18 in to No. 66 / 40 mm / 1.57 in. Final performance depends on the selected eyelet, washer type, setting die, punching die and material thickness.
For large eyelets, oval eyelets, thick tarpaulin, heavy awning fabric and multi-layer textile work, choosing the correct die is as important as choosing the correct press.
This product is a heavy-duty manual eyelet setting press. It is different from small hobby presses, light impact presses and simple hand tools designed only for small fastener applications.
It should be positioned for tarpaulin, awning, oval eyelets, large eyelets, fabric covering and applications requiring higher pressing force.
The press body alone does not complete every application. The correct setting die, punching die, eyelet, washer, fabric covering die or cutting die should be selected according to the intended operation.
Different eyelet sizes, inner diameters and washer structures should not be used with the same die. Before serial production, a sample test should be made on the real fabric, tarpaulin or awning material.
It is used for eyelet setting, oval eyelet setting, fabric covering, punching, cutting and high-force fastening applications.
