This Eyelet Setting Die is used to install compatible large eyelets in the 40 mm / 1.57 in inner diameter group. It supports controlled setting of the eyelet capsule and washer on tarpaulins, tents, curtains, awnings, banners, vinyl prints, technical textiles, leather and other reinforced materials.

Large eyelets require accurate matching between the eyelet, washer, material thickness and setting die. The visible inner diameter is only one part of the selection. Capsule outside diameter, barrel height, washer opening and the structure of the material stack must also be checked before production.

Setting Die and Punching Die Are Different Tools

This product is an Eyelet Setting Die. It does not create the hole in the material. The hole is prepared first with a suitable punching tool, then the eyelet and washer are set with this die.
