24 mm / 0.94 in large hole cutter for controlled openings in compatible materials.
This size identifies the nominal circular opening, not the outside dimension of the hardware installed afterward. For reliable product selection, start with the opening required by the finished assembly. Confirm the actual material thickness and test a representative sample before repeating the cut.
A 22 mm cutter produces an opening 2 mm narrower in diameter than the selected 24 mm size, while 26 mm is 2 mm wider. Those differences should not be treated as interchangeable tolerances. Once an oversized hole has been cut, the removed material cannot be restored.
Check the intended opening against the component drawing. A matching numerical size on a grommet, fastener, or covered-button tool does not by itself establish compatibility.

Do not confuse a cutting punch with a setting die: one prepares a hole, while the other installs the component. They are distinct tools even when the product names refer to the same nominal size.
24 mm / 0.94 in large hole cutter prepares repeatable circular openings in compatible workshop materials. The listed size is the actual cutting diameter.
It is a cutting tool, not a hardware-setting die. Select by the real opening required by the application.
The large-diameter system uses a blade, guide/mapa and Polyemit support. Presses and setting dies are separate.
The cutter removes material; a setting die installs the hardware. These are separate operations.
Verify physical connection, working height and press capacity before using manual, impact, electric or pneumatic equipment.
Thickness, stiffness, stretch and layer count affect edge quality. Test the real production material before repeat work.
This page is organized by actual hole diameter. Covered-button listings separately show ligne size and finished button diameter.
The actual cut diameter is 24 mm / 0.94 in.
No. It prepares the opening only.
Compatible fabric, leather, canvas, tarpaulin, cardboard and technical textiles.
Connection type, working height and available press force.
Only where that physical cutter relationship is verified.
