A 12.5 mm measurement alone does not confirm die compatibility. The upper cap shape, 54 System bottom parts, nail structure, die profile and press connection must all match.

Use a compatible 54 System setting die and perform a sample application before production. Thin or stretchy fabrics may require reinforcement. The cap should remain centred and should not be crushed, scratched or distorted during setting.

How to avoid an incorrect selection
