Using a suitable setting die helps support the pearl cap during pressing and can reduce the risk of cracking, slipping or surface deformation. Final results depend on the snap type, fabric thickness, press setting and machine connection.

Not a Standard Snap Die

Standard snap setting dies may not always be suitable for pearl snap caps. This die is designed for pearl prong snap fasteners and supports a cleaner, more controlled setting process for decorative snap surfaces.

Not a Punching Die

This product is not a punching die. It is a snap setting die for installing pearl snap fasteners. If a separate hole opening process is required, the correct punching tool should be selected according to the fabric and snap structure.
