Known in the market as 17/32" straight eyelet, it is a capsule with an outer diameter of 24.9 mm, an inner diameter of 13.3 mm and a pipe length of 6.9 mm.
These flat eyelets (Flat Capsules) are generally used for tarpaulins, truck tarpaulins, curtains, tents and tarpaulins' tensioning holes, ornamental accessories in textile and leather products. Our flat eyelet number 28 has not been treated with a rust- and moisture-resistant coating. The product is made of Brass Material as stated in the title.
Standard colors are offered in options. For bulk purchases, please contact us for measurements and different materials (sheet metal, stainless metal).

How to apply a rice eyelet capsule :
For smaller projects, a hammer and anvil doesn't work. For larger volume applications, you may consider our heavy-duty press machine + matching die. Each eyelet has its own application pattern. Fastening dies may not be compatible with products of different companies. We also offer hole cutting tools to pre-drill holes before setting the flat eyelet. Although not necessary - especially for smaller sizes - it can be helpful to drill perfect holes beforehand. Self-Drilling Application Mold is offered for sale in the Products in Combination section further down the page.

The prices listed for our products apply to the standard color options offered. Colors outside the standard range, enamel work, stone details or similar custom work are charged in addition to the product price.

Retail Orders

For retail orders, packaged products are shipped in the color indicated on the pack.
