Known in the market as 15/64" Strainer Eyelet, it is a capsule with an outer diameter of 11,5 mm, an inner diameter of 5,8 mm and a pipe length of 6.1 mm.
These domed eyelets (convex Capsules) are generally used as functional ornamental accessories on coats, hats, shoes, tracksuits, bags, textiles, leather products and in different sectors. Our strainer eyelet  15/64" has not been treated with a rust- and moisture-resistant coating. The product is made of Brass Material as stated in the title.
Standard colors are offered in options. For bulk purchases, please contact us for measurements and different materials (sheet metal, stainless metal).
Please contact us for different logo designs and branded product orders and different color options.

How to apply a rice eyelet capsule :
For smaller projects, a hammer and anvil doesn't work. For larger volume applications, you may consider our heavy-duty press machine + matching die. Each eyelet has its own application pattern. Fastening dies may not be compatible with products of different companies. We also offer hole cutting tools to pre-drill holes before adjusting the cambered eyelet. Although not necessary - especially for smaller sizes - it can be helpful to drill perfect holes beforehand. Self-Drilling Application Mold is offered for sale in the Products in Combination section further down the page.

Before production begins, electronic mockups and sample work can be provided, depending on your request, to help with the approval process. Production and delivery times are planned according to the product group and the finish details involved.

Average Timeframe: Production and delivery of accessories generally takes between 20 and 30 days from the date of payment.

The prices listed for our products apply to the standard color options offered. Colors outside the standard range, enamel work, stone details or similar custom work are charged in addition to the product price.

Any price difference is determined by the material and workmanship required for the chosen finish.

All prices shown apply based on the sales unit specified on the product page. This unit may vary by product — pack, gross, meter or piece.

Retail Orders

For retail orders, packaged products are shipped in the color indicated on the pack. For products where a minimum order quantity is specified on the product page, the color you selected is only shipped when the order meets that minimum quantity.
