Setting Die and Thread Compatibility

Do not select a die by visible diameter alone. Two fasteners with a similar cap diameter may use different internal components, posts, washers or setting profiles. Always verify the fastener system, exact metric and imperial dimensions, cap structure, lower component and press connection.

All setting dies supplied in this package are selected for the included M0099 manual hand press. When ordering an additional die for this press, use the connection option specified for the included machine.

If you are ordering a die for a machine purchased outside Türkiye, check the upper die thread before ordering. Many international machines use an M6 connection, but this should not be assumed for every model. The package includes the setting die for the listed No. 24 eyelet application. A separate hole-punching die is not listed as part of this kit. Depending on the material and eyelet construction, a correctly sized opening may need to be prepared before setting the eyelet.
