Before production, we provide electronic models for customer approval. The production and delivery time for accessories is approximately 20-30 days from the payment date.

We aim to ensure you have the best experience with your order process. Please note that the prices listed apply to standard color options. If you prefer different colors, enamel finishes, or stone embellishments, a price adjustment will be made based on the cost of the additional materials.

The quoted price applies to the unit shown next to the product (package, gross, meter, or piece). For retail orders, please keep the following rules in mind:

1. Piece Sales: If the product is sold by the piece and your order is for 500 pieces or less, we will ship from available stock colors. To access a wider range of options, we kindly ask that you meet the minimum quantity requirement listed on the product page.

2. Package or Gross Sales: If the product is sold by package or gross, for 1 package or gross or less, we will also ship from available stock colors.

For both scenarios, our team will contact you via phone or other communication channels to confirm your color and quantity preferences.

For orders of 5000 pieces or more, we can apply your preferred custom color. Please note that there may be a delay of 3-4 business days for production, depending on the product type.

For large orders of 20,000 pieces or more, please contact us for special pricing.

If you’re interested in custom colors, enamel finishes, or stone-embellished products outside of our standard color options, please refer to the Special Coating Colors section or reach out to us directly.

For bulk orders, we offer customization with your company’s logo or tailored designs. Please contact us to discuss your unique needs.

Important Note: Due to lighting variations during photography, there may be slight differences in color between the product images and the actual product.

For international orders, DHL shipping fees will apply. Please contact us for details regarding shipping costs and further information.

Domestic Delivery

• Your orders will be delivered by the shipping company on the estimated delivery date provided.

• Shipping fees are determined based on agreements made with the shipping companies.
• Orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

Returns

• You can return any purchased item, provided it meets our return policy criteria, within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note, the shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Information

We proudly offer worldwide shipping for our products.

Payment Methods:

• We cater to both retail and wholesale customers. Prices are available in Turkish Lira (TRY), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR).

• Currently, we accept credit card payments for all international transactions.
• Please note, failing to pay via credit card may delay your order processing, as we will need to receive payment and issue an invoice before shipping your order.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees are calculated in real-time using DHL’s international shipping calculator, based on your selected shipping method, location, and the weight of your order. You will be able to review the exact shipping costs after entering your personal information at checkout, before completing the purchase.

Customs and Duties:

• Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply to your order, depending on your country’s regulations. Our system cannot calculate these charges.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer MNG Cargo for domestic shipments within Turkey and DHL Express for international deliveries. If you are a business requiring additional options through DHL, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
• DHL services may have country-specific weight and size restrictions, which our system may not always detect. We recommend keeping an eye on your email for updates regarding your order, especially for wholesale purchases.

Important Notes:

• Ensure you select the appropriate shipping method for your location. If you are located outside the US or the European Union but choose shipping options meant for these regions, the correct shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
• Once the order has been dispatched, E-Dugme.com is not responsible for any delays or losses related to international shipping.
• While DHL Express will expedite your package to the nearest customs facility, we have no control over how long it will take for your package to reach you after leaving Turkey.

You can track your package using the DHL Tracking Code provided after shipping. Please note that if the package is not officially marked as lost or damaged according to your country’s postal regulations, we are unable to resend it. In such cases, we will initiate an insurance claim, and only after the claim is approved will the products be re-sent.
