Any requested colors outside the standard range, enamel applications, stone details, or similar custom works are subject to additional charges. Retail Sales

In retail sales, packaged products are shipped in the color specified on the package. For products with a minimum order quantity stated on the product page, the customer’s selected color is only supplied for orders placed at or above the minimum quantity indicated on the page. For color requests placed below the minimum order quantity specified on the product page, shipments are made from the colors available in stock.

For orders of 5,000 pieces and above, production can be planned in your requested custom color, and the products are generally prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. This period may vary depending on the product type and the applications required.
