Shipping carriers will transport your parcel to the relevant transfer and customs points; however, we have no control over the final delivery time after the package leaves Turkey.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you. Unless the shipment is officially declared lost or damaged according to the regulations of the destination country, we are unable to resend the order.
